Roger Barnette

Chief Executive Officer

Roger Barnette, our Chief Executive Officer, brings more than 25 years of leadership in building and scaling enterprise technology companies to Holonic Technologies. Holding a B.S. in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, Roger founded and led SearchIgnite as CEO, growing it into a major digital marketing platform that later became IgnitionOne. He then served as CEO of MessageGears for eight years, where under his leadership the company was named the #1 Best Place to Work in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2021. Through his deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, organizational development, talent leadership, and technology commercialization, Roger provides the strategic vision and operational execution required to bring CodeIntent® to large government and enterprise clients at scale. This combination of technical foundation, repeated success in high-growth technology businesses, and proven leadership in building outstanding company cultures enables Holonic to translate its deterministic AI innovation into sustainable commercial success.

John Joganic

Chief AI Officer

John Joganic, our Chief AI Officer and the inventor of CodeIntent®, has spent more than 25 years developing a deterministic semantic AI platform that solves one of the most difficult problems in computer science: achieving complete, provable understanding and modernization of large-scale, complex, and often undocumented legacy systems. Since the late 1990s, he has personally led major code conversion and platform development projects, including DOS-to-Windows migrations, Objective-C to C++ re-architectures for financial applications, and the full design and implementation of Universal Risk Manager, a sophisticated enterprise risk-management platform built with advanced componentized architecture, channel-based client-server infrastructure, comprehensive database integration, enterprise-grade security models, and complete build and test systems. Through this sustained, hands-on work at the highest levels of systems engineering, John identified the fundamental brittleness that has always limited both traditional expert systems of the 1970s and 1980s and today’s probabilistic large language models. He then created an entirely new deterministic semantic architecture grounded in formal constraints, mathematical rigor, precise intent modeling, and fully traceable reasoning. The outcome is a system capable of delivering complete, auditable, and provably correct transformations of extraordinarily challenging codebases. These include self-modifying 1970s assembly language, undocumented multi-million-line mainframe applications, and systems in secure government environments. This rare combination of decades of advanced production engineering and original technical innovation is what gives CodeIntent® its unmatched reliability, auditability, and provability at scale.

Eric B. Schorvitz

Chief Innovation and Technology Officer

Eric Schorvitz, our Chief Innovation and Technology Officer, has spent more than 25 years bridging advanced economic theory and practical technology commercialization to solve complex business and software challenges. Holding a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Arizona with concentrations in Game Theory and Experimental Economics under Nobel laureate Vernon Smith and James C. Cox, Eric established early success as the co-founder of iSold.com, where he conceived and developed a sophisticated modular auction engine that was acquired by Clarus Corporation. He later founded PM Technologies, the company through which John’s deterministic semantic AI technology was developed, refined, and proven in demanding production environments. Through his deep expertise in mechanism design, risk analysis, platform architecture, and entrepreneurial strategy, Eric recognized the profound commercial potential of the invention and co-founded Holonic Technologies in 2017 to bring CodeIntent® to market. He has provided the strategic vision, organizational leadership, and business framework required to transform a groundbreaking technical innovation into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions for government and large commercial clients. This rare combination of rigorous academic training in economic science, repeated success in technology commercialization, and operational execution is what enables Holonic to pair exceptional technical capability with real-world business impact and sustainable growth at scale.

Stephen Simi

Vice President of Programs and Operations

Stephen Simi, our Vice President of Programs and Operations, brings more than 35 years of senior leadership in complex DoD program management and systems engineering to Holonic Technologies. Holding a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, Stephen has spent over 33 years executing major defense programs, with the last 15 years focused on military aviation through model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and agile lifecycle development processes. As Principal Senior Systems Engineer at Raytheon Missile and Defense, he possesses deep expertise in modular open systems architectures (including FACE™, SOSA, and MOSA), airworthiness certification, and large-scale program execution across matrixed organizations and multiple concurrent contracts. At Holonic, he provides the operational discipline, program governance, customer engagement, and government contracting expertise essential for delivering CodeIntent® modernization projects to defense and enterprise clients. This rare combination of extensive technical systems engineering experience, proven DoD program leadership, and operational excellence is what enables Holonic to successfully execute mission-critical modernization initiatives with the rigor required in high-stakes government environments.

Angus Woodbury

Chief ARCHITECT

Angus Woodbury, our Chief Architect, brings more than 25 years of software architecture and engineering experience to Holonic Technologies, with deep expertise in building high-performance, mission-critical systems for the financial technology industry.

Before joining Holonic, Angus spent more than two decades designing and developing sophisticated trading, risk-management, market-data, and distributed software platforms. As Director of Software Engineering at Prime Analytics, he led geographically distributed engineering teams while architecting automated trading systems, options and futures risk-analysis frameworks, exchange connectivity services, and enterprise reporting infrastructure. He later joined KRM22 as a Senior Software Development Engineer, where he designed cloud-based risk and trade-processing services using C++, C#, .NET, Kafka, gRPC, Redis, and containerized microservice architectures.

Throughout his career, Angus has combined hands-on software engineering with system-level architecture, working across C++, C#, Python, distributed systems, financial markets, and development infrastructure. At Holonic, he applies this experience to the architecture and engineering of CodeIntent®, helping transform complex legacy software into deterministic, understandable, and modernizable systems.

Cameron Kingsley

Head of Engineering

Cameron Kingsley is the Head of Engineering at Holonic, where he leads the development of AI-driven systems for deterministic code conversion. His work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and rigorous systems engineering, bringing a level of precision to automated code transformation that mirrors the standards required in safety-critical aerospace software.
Prior to Holonic, Cameron developed flight-critical software systems for Honeywell, Northrop Grumman, and Raytheon Technologies, working on mission-critical applications where reliability and correctness are non-negotiable. His technical background spans state estimation, Kalman filtering, and dynamic and control systems modeling — disciplines that demand the same exactness he now applies to building trustworthy AI systems for code transformation.
Cameron holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering, all from the University of Arizona.

Lindsay Britt

Head of Marketing

Lindsay Britt, our Head of Marketing, brings more than 16 years of experience building and scaling marketing organizations across B2B services, SaaS, marketplaces, and D2C to Holonic Technologies. Holding an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, Lindsay has led brand transformations and go-to-market strategy at companies including Solo, Dray Alliance, Clove + Hallow, and Commissions Inc. (CINC), the last of which she helped guide through a successful PE-backed exit. Known for pairing strategic vision with hands-on execution across demand generation, product marketing, and marketing operations, she has a track record of building marketing functions from the ground up across every stage of company growth. At Holonic, she is doing exactly that as the company’s first marketing hire. This combination of cross-industry range, brand-building expertise, and hands-on execution is what enables Holonic to bring CodeIntent® to market with clarity and speed.
