Roger Barnette, our Chief Executive Officer, brings more than 25 years of leadership in building and scaling enterprise technology companies to Holonic Technologies. Holding a B.S. in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, Roger founded and led SearchIgnite, growing it into a major digital marketing platform that became IgnitionOne, then served as CEO of MessageGears for eight years, where the company was named the #1 Best Place to Work in Atlanta in 2021. His expertise in go-to-market strategy, organizational development, talent leadership, and technology commercialization gives Holonic the strategic vision and operational execution required to bring CodeIntent® to large government and enterprise clients at scale.

John Joganic, our Chief AI Officer and the inventor of CodeIntent®, has spent more than 25 years developing a deterministic semantic AI platform built to solve one of computer science's hardest problems: achieving complete, provable understanding of large-scale, undocumented legacy systems. Since the late 1990s, he has personally led major code conversion projects, including DOS-to-Windows migrations and Objective-C to C++ re-architectures for financial applications. Through this hands-on systems engineering work, John identified the brittleness limiting both 1970s expert systems and today's probabilistic large language models, then built an entirely new deterministic semantic architecture grounded in formal constraints and traceable reasoning. The result: complete, auditable, provably correct transformations of some of the most challenging codebases in production, including self-modifying assembly language and multi-million-line mainframe systems in secure government environments.

Eric Schorvitz, our Chief Innovation and Technology Officer, has spent more than 25 years bridging advanced economic theory and technology commercialization to solve complex business and software challenges. Holding a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Arizona under Nobel laureate Vernon Smith, Eric established early success as co-founder of iSold.com, where his modular auction engine was acquired by Clarus Corporation. He later founded PM Technologies, the company through which John's deterministic semantic AI technology was developed and proven in production. Recognizing the invention's commercial potential, Eric co-founded Holonic Technologies in 2017 to bring CodeIntent® to market, providing the strategic vision and business framework required to turn a technical breakthrough into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.

Stephen Simi, our Vice President of Programs and Operations, brings more than 35 years of senior leadership in DoD program management and systems engineering to Holonic Technologies. Holding a Master of Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, Stephen has spent over 33 years executing major defense programs, the last 15 focused on military aviation through model-based systems engineering and agile lifecycle development. As the former Principal Senior Systems Engineer at Raytheon Missile and Defense, he brings deep expertise in modular open systems architectures, airworthiness certification, and large-scale program execution across matrixed organizations. At Holonic, he provides the operational discipline and government contracting expertise essential to delivering CodeIntent® to defense and enterprise clients with the rigor high-stakes environments require.

Angus Woodbury, our Chief Architect, brings more than 25 years of software architecture and engineering experience to Holonic Technologies, with deep expertise building high-performance, mission-critical systems for the financial technology industry. Before Holonic, Angus spent two decades designing trading, risk-management, market-data, and distributed software platforms, including as Director of Software Engineering at Prime Analytics, where he led distributed teams architecting automated trading and risk-analysis systems, and later at KRM22, where he built cloud-based risk and trade-processing services using C++, C#, .NET, Kafka, gRPC, and containerized microservices. At Holonic, he applies this experience to the architecture of CodeIntent®, helping transform complex legacy software into deterministic, understandable, modernizable systems.

Cameron Kingsley is the Head of Engineering at Holonic, where he leads development of AI-driven systems for deterministic code conversion. His work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and rigorous systems engineering, bringing a level of precision to automated code transformation that mirrors the standards required in safety-critical aerospace software. Prior to Holonic, Cameron developed flight-critical software systems for Honeywell, Northrop Grumman, and Raytheon Technologies, working on mission-critical applications where reliability and correctness were non-negotiable. His background spans state estimation, Kalman filtering, and dynamic and control systems modeling, the same exactness he now applies to building trustworthy AI systems for code transformation. Cameron holds a Master's in Mechanical Engineering and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering, all from the University of Arizona.

Lindsay Britt, our Head of Marketing, brings more than 16 years of experience building and scaling marketing organizations across B2B services, SaaS, marketplaces, and D2C to Holonic Technologies. Holding an MBA from Duke University and a BBA from Emory University, Lindsay has led brand transformations and go-to-market strategy at companies including Solo, Dray Alliance, Clove + Hallow, and Commissions Inc., the last of which she helped guide through a successful PE-backed exit. Known for pairing strategic vision with hands-on execution across demand generation, product marketing, and marketing operations, she is building that function from the ground up at Holonic as the company's first marketing hire.
